I currently serve as the managing broker for my company’s Elkins Park office. I owned and operated my own cleaning company for 10. I served as a housekeeping supervisor for an area university. I serve on the board of directors for my church. I serve as the vice chair for the DEI Committee for TCSR.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

I hope to bring my voice and perspective to the board as a person of color. I would like to play a role in our video and educational efforts as well as assist with member engagement.

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

The educational resources and opportunities to serve on committees and as an instructor have provided the most value to me and my business. Being able to more effectively serve my clients and colleagues means a lot to me.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

The following trends are the one I believe will have an affect on
our industry over the coming years:
Shortage of available properties for sale/rent
Lack of affordable housing Interest rates
AI
Discriminatory practices providing barriers to fair housing

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Education, affordable housing, and fair housing are my headliners.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I would like to be consider as a director because I believe I have a lot to offer our association in the areas of education, training, fair housing, and advocacy for realtors and property owners. I believe my unique perspective would be an asset to the board and our association.
