Director of Service for Toshiba America Business Solutions for the United States and Latin America. Responsibilities included the performance and profitability for the Service and Aftermarket Departments. The department consisted of over 700 Service employees and generating over 11 million dollars in revenue each month.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

To provide logical insight from the side of the Home Inspection process of the real estate industry. In addition, to gain more applicable knowledge from the other members of the Board of Directors of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Association.

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

Relationship building with many of the Real Estate offices and agents in the Tri-County area.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

Lack of Inventory has greatly affected the real estate market, along with the higher interest rates have scared away some of the prospective buyers away in the short term.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Creating a more balanced market by evening the playing field for both buyers and sellers. Establishing guidelines to limit the waiving of Mortgage Contingencies, Appraisal Contingencies, Home Inspections, etc.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

Many of the real estate agents that I have established positive relationships with have enjoyed my perspective and logical approach to the real estate market. I hope to help with that same approach as a Director nominee to Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®.
