Matt has a multi-disciplined background including acquisitions, portfolio management, redevelopment, leasing oversight, debt and equity transactions, dispositions and guest speaking. In addition to being a General Partner at Ambler Yards, Matt is the co-owner of Kingston Urban Development and owner of Larum Real Estate Consulting. Kingston focuses on infill & transit oriented development of all asset types. Larum is an advisory firm that provides services to high net worth individuals and institutional clients.

Matt’s past responsibilities include holding the title of Chief Investment Officer at Post Brothers Apartments and Keystone Property Group and Portfolio Manager at The Rubenstein Company. Spanning his 20-year real estate career, Matt has acquired, redeveloped and disposed of real estate in excess of $1B in South Florida, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Delaware, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston and Philadelphia.

Matt earned a bachelors degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. He formerly served as the Vice Chairman of the Investment Management II Forum for NAIOP National Forums and was a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance.
