One of the greatest challenges facing the real estate industry is the need to educate consumers about how and why buyer agents are compensated. This course aims to prepare agents so they can better understand and explain buyer agent compensation; negotiate and establish agreements for buyer agent compensation when necessary, and avoid disputes or disappointments related to buyer agent compensation.
The course will include information on:
- Recent developments from the DOJ and NAR
- PAR standard forms
- Code of Ethics
- MLS rules & regulations.
