This is a volatile time for the nation’s economy, between the lingering effects of the pandemic, armed conflict in Europe, and worries about inflation. Naturally, these factors are also impacting commercial real estate and financing. To address the latest in commercial financing trends, Tri-County Suburban’s Commercial Chapter is excited to welcome a panel of commercial lenders for it’s May 13th session. The panelists will discuss the current market environment, projecting the next 6 months and SBA lending, specifically 504 loans.
