The Chester Community Improvement Project (CCIP) in partnership with the Chester Economic Development Authority (CEDA) and The Delaware County Office Of Housing And Community Development, provides assistance to low- and moderate-income families interested in becoming first-time homeowners in Delaware County and the City of Chester. Eligible homebuyers could qualify for down payment and closing assistance funds to purchase a home with these programs. Join fellow REALTORS® to learn how to make the most of these viable programs for first-time homebuyers.
