This course will help real estate professionals understand how Section 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) work together to provide solutions for real estate investors struggling to find suitable replacement property or no longer want to be a landlord.

*Despite the name, this course is for Pennsylvania real estate professionals.

A Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) is an investment vehicle that allows investors to own fractional interests in real estate.
