Handling the Multiple Offer Scenario Without Abandoning Our Duties | Haverford Community Recreation and Environmental Center, Haverford
NOTE: As of January 14, 2022, all attendees must wear a mask to attend the class.
About
The goal of this course is to help agents gain a better understanding of how to properly handle multiple offers ethically and legally. Many times, the agent and client feel overwhelmed by the situation. The class will focus on all aspects of the multiple offer situation. The student will leave knowing what their fiduciary duties are to their client and will be able to help their clients build a plan for success. The class will also review the agreement of sale and discuss key paragraphs to focus on during a multiple offer situation.
