Proper and effective Insulation and Ventilation in the home will provide a more optimal living environment and energy-efficient home. Many homes, older and newer, lack proper and effective ventilation as well as optimal insulation levels for our range of weather patterns. When properly identified; many of these deficiencies can be easily corrected. If left unattended poor or lack of ventilation issues can lead to deficiencies that may play an important role in the real estate transaction process.

Real estate agents that are better informed on the potential insulation and/or ventilation issues as well as options of resolving these potential issues, will be able to better guide their clients through the real estate transaction process.

This course will identify the most common insulation and ventilation concerns with a home and provide real estate agents with tools and strategies they can use to ease their clients’ concerns.
