The Pricing Strategy Advisor: Mastering the CMA and BPO course will cover the nuts and bolts of comparative market analysis (CMA) and a Broker Price Opinion (BPO), including their purpose, key principles of valuation, and important valuation terminology. Participants will understand the purpose of appraisals, how they differ, and the scope of the appraiser’s role.
