About

The 14-hour Real World Real Estate program is designed to provide students with a higher level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. It will bridge the gap between textbook licensing education and the real world of real estate. And help you meet the state education requirements.

This two-day course fulfills the real estate commission prescribed education requirement for all licensees during their first renewal. No additional education is required for licensees in their first renewal.

Note for licensees NOT in their first renewal: This class does NOT fulfill the required 3 hours in “responsibilities of the broker and the responsibilities of their licensees in regard to property management, advertising, and general supervision” for PA licensees who are in their second and subsequent renewals.
