Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® is happy to announce REALTOR® Happy Hour and Affiliate Expo! Join us at The Desmond Hotel – Sunset Grille in Malvern on Thursday, July 28th (5:00 pm-7:00 pm) for a fun evening of camaraderie and networking! This event will be held outdoors on The Desmond’s private tented deck.
The Happy Hour will feature:
- Expo Featuring Affiliate Sponsor Tables
- Free Open Bar from 5:00pm-6:00pm then Cash Bar 6:00pm-7:00pm
- Free Appetizers
- Networking with REALTORS® and Affiliates
Because of limited capacity, pre-registration is required for the Happy Hour and Affiliate Expo. Walk-ins will not be permitted.

$25 for non-members
Members will be charged $10 for registration but will be reimbursed in cash upon attendance. Non-member fee will not be reimbursed.
