Sales Comparison Approach
The objective of this course is to provide the student with an overview of the appraisal process using the sales comparison approach. The course will provide the student with the tools necessary to determine the value and the ability to appropriately prepare an appeal of value. Day 2 of this course will provide students an opportunity to apply all the principles learned in the class to an actual appraisal from inspection to the final value.
