Using case scenarios and Standard Forms, this course is designed to improve a real estate licensee’s understanding of the frequently misused and misunderstood issues in the Agreement of Sale. Upon completion of this course the real estate licensee will be better able to explain the Agreement of Sale and selected Addenda to the consumer, so the consumer is better able to make an informed decision.
