Financing a home purchase or qualifying for a mortgage or lease is a challenge for many in search of housing. Fear of the American banking system and lack of access, common in many immigrant communities, makes the gap even wider. To be effective, REALTORS® need to understand the challenges and the fears. In this workshop, a group of REALTORS® with intimate knowledge of Asian, Hispanic and Islamic communities will share their experience so more REALTORS® can become allies and advocates for underserved communities.
