In this session, we will help REALTORS® talk about tips on how to reframe conversations and shift mindsets to build new relationships within the community.

We will focus on 5 key areas:

• Taking stock
• Navigating internal change management
• Building Connections that start with you
• Separating Facts, Opinion, and Perception
• Activating imagination toward empathy

At the end of the workshop, REALTORS® will have a newly defined list of “open-ended” questions and conversation starters that will help them reach broader client bases and audiences.
