A REALTOR®’s early years in the real estate industry can be overwhelming. Education is one of the keys to success! This free, live in-person session on Monday, October 18th will highlight online transaction tools training and an Agreement of Sale review.

Program Sessions:

Communicate, Collaborate, Complete – Using zipForm Plus to Manage the Transaction From Start to Finish (9:00am-10:30am) will demonstrate how to manage the entire real estate transaction using zipForm Plus. Highlights of this session will include creating transactions and templates, inviting others to view and edit documents, bringing in information from the MLS, and connecting to DocuSign for electronic signatures.

Meet the Standard: Agreement of Sale (10:30am-12:30pm) will cover how to fill it out and why it’s important, deposit money, settlement and response date, inclusions/exclusions, mortgage contingency, and inspections.

This seminar does not provide continuing education credits.
