A Step Ahead Program (zipForms and Agreement of Sale Training for Beginners)

A REALTOR®’s early years in the real estate industry can be overwhelming. Education is one of the keys to success! This free, live in-person session on Wednesday, November 9th will highlight online transaction tools training and an Agreement of Sale review.

Program Sessions:

Communicate, Collaborate, Complete: Using zipForm Plus to Manage the Transaction From Start to Finish (9:00am-10:30am) will review the basic functions on zipForms. Highlights of this session will include creating transactions, template basics, collaboration and connecting to DocuSign for electronic signatures. Attendees will also learn about resources for additional program help.

Meet the Standard: Agreement of Sale (10:30am-12:30pm) will cover how to fill it out and why it’s important, deposit money, settlement and response date, inclusions / exclusions, mortgage contingency and inspections.

This seminar does not provide continuing education credits and is intended for newer agents.
