Virtual Commercial/Industrial Exchange: (Sub)urban Town Spotlight Series-Phoenixville
About
The Commercial Chapter is excited to launch a new periodic series of programs at its monthly Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange meetings that will highlight the ongoing transformation of large suburban towns in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
The first session (May 14; 8:30am – 9:30am) will spotlight Phoenixville and will feature a joint presentation from Peter Urscheler, Mayor of Phoenixville and Jean Krack, Borough Manager. They will discuss the progress made in the last 10 years and what is actively planned for the near future. In particular, they’ll focus on how proactive Phoenixville borough has been in encouraging responsible development, such as the borough’s efforts to encourage development early on with LERTA, the trail network, the anchor loan to The Colonial Theatre, the COVID restaurant response on Bridge Street, and the eminent Community Center, etc.
After the presentation, the event will feature a brief Marketing Exchange where you can present your ‘haves’ and ‘wants’. All flyers presented will then be packaged together and emailed to the extended commercial list.
