Mediation is a process for resolving disputes where an intermediary (the mediator) helps conflicting parties have a conversation to jointly resolve the parties’ concerns. The Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® facilitates mediation of disputes between buyers and sellers; commission disputes between REALTORS; and disputes involving the Code of Ethics. In this interactive session, a panel of mediators will demonstrate what mediation is (and is not) and why it works.
