Offers the daily practitioner insight into what clients, intended users and their representatives expect in an appraisal. The program addresses both residential and non-residual assignments. Focus is on identifying necessary supporting documentation and how the practitioner may comply with the minimum requirements of USPAP and be effective in providing service to clients. There will be discussion of what property specific information to gather and maintain in the work file, review appraisal procedures and techniques that are industry approved and appropriate to support an opinion of value.
