What role do you hope to play on the Board?

My hope would be to work with my fellow Board Members to strengthen our education offerings, to include leveraging the latest technology to keep us ahead of the large Real Estate lead services.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

• Technology, specifically AI
• Education – the legal environment is constantly changing
• Tech platforms that want to replace us – Zillow, etc.
• Supporting NAR & PAR in defending our industry from becoming a commodity, as opposed to a service

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

• Technology education and how to implement into the Realtors business’ effectively
• Education
• RPAC Advocacy – If we don’t have a seat at the table, we’re on the menu
