Keller Williams Real Estate, Media

35 Years Active in Real Estate

What was your career prior to real estate, if applicable?

Prior to real estate, I worked as a meatcutter for A&P Supermarket. I also previously worked as a draftsman for DuPont Design & Development Co.

What type of leadership roles have you held outside of real estate?

I was appointed on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for 8 years with Keller Williams. Additionally, I’ve served for 8 years as Chairman of Glenolden Planning Commission. Finally, I’ve served on numerous committees at the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and Suburban West.

As a voice for your colleagues, what strengths/insights will you bring to the Board discussions?

I have past experiences dealing difficult transactions and good understanding of the legal changes in our industry. As an instructor, I keep up-to-date with the changes and challenges we face daily in the real estate business.

What issues do you feel the Association should be addressing?

I feel the Association should concentrate on membership retention, dues, getting members involved with RPAC and further education.

Why are you interested in serving as a member of the Board of Directors?

The reason I am interested in serving as a member of the Board of Directors is to offer input and advice. I want to work together strategically and effectively with the Board into the next decade.
