Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® will close at 3pm on Friday, May 22, 2026. Offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, and reopen at 8am on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Wishing all of our members, affiliate partners, and clients a safe and happy holiday!

Important Deadline for Pennsylvania License Renewal: May 31, 2026

Renew your Pennsylvania Real Estate license via pals.pa.gov by Sunday, May 31. After that deadline, licenses are considered expired by the State Real Estate Commission and real estate practice must immediately cease.
