The Association of REALTORS® School makes it easy and affordable to complete your continuing education requirements for the 2020-2022 PA Real Estate license renewal. Any real estate licensee can purchase the MCE Season Pass or the MCE Season Pass Plus and take unlimited standard continuing education courses* at no additional cost!

How Does the Pass Work?

Purchase the MCE Season Pass for $140 through the Association of REALTORS® School. Then, anytime you register online, over the phone, or in-person for an Association of REALTORS® School standard continuing education class that is offered between July 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, you will then be registered for FREE for that class. All Tri-County members and non-member real estate licensees are welcome to participate. Note: you must pre-register for classes to receive them for free.  Most members realize a savings of at least $40 on the regular tuition.

Want to increase your class options and earn certifications? Then consider the MCE Season Pass PLUS for $250. This would include all standard MCE continuing education classes plus the At Home With Diversity and Pricing Strategy Advisor: Mastering the CMA and BPO certification classes ($159 each). Most members realize a savings of at least $68 on the regular tuition.

How Do I Save?

To attend four 3½ hour classes (three elective, one required at $45 each) the tuition would cost you $180 dollars. Purchasing the $140 MCE Season Pass for these classes results in a savings of $40 for most licensees. And, more importantly, you will continue to realize more savings the more free MCE classes you take beyond the mandatory 14 hours.

To attend the At Home With Diversity ($159) and Pricing Strategy Advisor ($159) certification courses, the regular tuition would cost you a total of $318. By purchasing the MCE Season Pass PLUS for $250 you would realize a savings of at least $68 on those two courses and more if you take courses beyond the mandatory 14 hours.

How Do I Purchase the Pass?

Online –  Purchase the MCE Season Pass or MCE Season Pass PLUS through our Payment Registration Center. After logging in, go to the “Subscriptions” to purchase the Pass. Are There Any Restrictions?

Courses offered in partnership with other entities are excluded, including all online courses.

*Designation and broker licensing courses are excluded. The certification courses At Home with Diversity and Pricing Strategy Advisor are included with MCE Season Pass PLUS only. The online MCE and Designation classes are excluded.

PA License Renewal Requirements

As in past license renewal cycles, all Pennsylvania real estate licensees must complete 14 hours of continuing education to renew their license.  The deadline to complete the education and renew is May 31, 2022.

For most licensees (license issued November 30, 2019 or before), there is a requirement for 3.5 hours in “Redlining, Steering, Implicit Bias, Diversity and the Fair Housing Act” plus 10.5 hours in elective topics, totaling the necessary 14 hours of continuing education. NOTE: Both the Diversity, Fair Housing and Inclusion 3.5-hour standard continuing education class and the At Home With Diversity 7-hour certification course meets the requirement.

For licensees who were issued their real estate license on December 1, 2019 or after, there is 14 required hours of mandatory continuing education content specific for licensee in their first renewal cycle. These licensees are exempt from the required hours in “Redlining, Steering, Implicit Bias, Diversity, and the Fair Housing Act”. NOTE:  The Real World Real Estate 14-hour standard continuing education class meets this requirement.
