What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

I most appreciate the PAR Legal Hotline and the educational training. I have taken advantage of the MCE Season Pass and attended many events, meetings and conventions.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

Legislation will impact our industry the most because it dictates how we are allowed to conduct business which will close or open opportunities to expand homeownership and the value of REALTORS®. Diversity, Inclusion and Fair Housing and educating consumers about the reach of homeownership. Expanding and recreating the value of REALTORS® to support consumers will help support the industry.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Continuing to support legislation that supports the industry. By our persistent efforts in support of the 1031 Exchange, PA now recognizes it. Continuing support of equitable and inclusive changes.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

To be a part of something great that is making a difference in our communities.
