What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

The technology tools like DocuSign and zipForms have been very useful in my day-to-day business. I’ve valued my time serving and learning on committees such as Professional Standards and Grievance. Additionally, I often use the RPR and SRA website resources.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

I believe the technology and government will continue to play a large role. Furthermore, filling the need for attainable and affordable housing, especially for baby boomers and millennials, will continue to be a challenge in our area. Also tools that agents can use remotely since they will be spending less time in a traditional office environment.

I believe educating and equipping agents should be a top priority for the Association. By doing so, it will naturally increase our level of professionalism. Moreover, we should continue to offer industry-leading technology tools and resources.
