Review the NAR Code of Ethics in the regular representation of both buyers and sellers and how to avoid complaints and conflicts. Review the various complaint and resolution processes, including less formal “enforcement” processes like the ombudsman, mediation, and arbitration processes. A review of procuring cause standards and how to avoid issues. General business ethics are included through a variety of case studies.
