One of the greatest challenges facing the real estate industry is the need to educate consumers about the value of buyer agency and help them understand how and why buyer agents are compensated. The objective of this course is to prepare agents so they can better understand and explain buyer agency to the consumer; negotiate and establish agreements for buyer agent compensation when necessary.
