Why do lawyers think they can waltz into a real estate settlement and decide to justify their exorbitant fees by renegotiating the purchase price or demanding some concession from the other side? Why do REALTORS® believe that a PAR form document is a perfectly choreographed dance, and that any Agent who agrees to change a single step should suffer a 50% commission cut or take a remedial course in DocuSign?
