The Commercial/Industrial Marketing Exchange will meet Friday December 8, from 8:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in-person at the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS 1st Floor classroom in Malvern.
The event will feature a presentation by Margo McDonnell, President & Certified Exchange Specialist with 1031 Corp.
Afterwards, we’ll conduct a shortened “Marketing Exchange” where you can present your ‘haves’ and ‘wants’ and hand out flyers for your commercial RE listings. All flyers/forms presented will then be packaged together and emailed to the extended commercial list of over 1,400 contacts.
