Learning from the missteps of others, student will explore actual cases involving common and serious violations of license law. Through discussion, Q&A, and (when possible) small group work, students will identify the applicable sections of state law and regulations that apply to these cases; understand what the law or regulation means; and how to ensure their own practice is compliant.
