Competencies, Responsibilities, and Commitments: PA Required Course | Virtual Livestream Via Zoom
About
Learning from the missteps of others, students will explore actual cases involving common and serious violations of license law. Through discussion, Q&A, and (when possible) small group work, students will identify the applicable sections of state law and regulations that apply to these cases; understand what the law or regulation means; and how to ensure their own practice is compliant.
This course satisfies the PA Required education in responsibilities of the broker and the responsibilities of their licensees in regard to property management, advertising, and general supervision.
