Jointly hosted by the CII Council, CCIM PA-NJ-DE Chapter and the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Commercial Chapter, the Summit will feature:
- The 3.5-hour morning continuing education class titled “Risk Mitigation Strategies to Deliver Industrial Developments Today” is featuring Mark Purcell with Amazon Logistics. Purcell has over 30 years of exceptional industry experience with design firms, real estate developers and international construction management corporations. He is a NCARB board certified architect and a certified construction manager recognized by the Construction Management Association of America. This will satisfy 3.5 hours in elective needed for 22-24 PA and DE license renewal.
- The first option for the 3.5-hour afternoon continuing education class is titled “Competencies Responsibilities & Commitments” featuring instructor & broker Richard Strahm. This will satisfy the required 3.5 hours needed for 22-24 PA license renewal.
- The second option for the 3.5-hour afternoon continuing education class is titled “Evaluating Self Storage Investments” featuring instructor & founder Isaac M. Rothermel with Storage Investment Capital. Rothermel is responsible for overseeing all investment activity and the strategic direction of the firm. This will satisfy 3.5 hours in elective needed for 22-24 PA and DE license renewal.
- Complimentary continental breakfast and a box lunch.
- Complimentary happy hour featuring appetizers and drinks.
All courses are offered through the Association of REALTORS® School and will be hosted at the state-of-the-art Penn State Great Valley Conference Center in their stadium-style Musser Auditorium. Breakfast and lunch will be available on the premises.
After the program, unwind and network at the Education Summit Happy Hour. It will be held immediately following the afternoon class at Chickie’s & Pete’s in Malvern – less than 1 mile from Penn State Great Valley. Enjoy free appetizers, drink specials and ample time for networking!
