The objective of this course is to keep brokers as well as agents abreast of the changes that are occurring in the industry. In an industry where error and omission claims are even increasing, this seminar strives to stress the importance of accuracy and due diligence in our everyday practice. We, as real estate agents, are working in one of the most highly regulated businesses. We are faced with many laws; agency, licensing, fair housing and antitrust to name a few.
