The course objective is to give you a working knowledge of the areas of law related to the sale, purchase, financing and lease of real property. Students will examine the real estate transaction from the point of view of a successful real estate professional. This course is intended to provide a road map, or early warning system, of potential legal issues that a practicing real estate professional faces every day.
