The market is changing. As days on market grow, so do consumers frustrations. Negotiating the interaction between buyer and seller becomes a critical skill for real estate licensees. In this course students will evaluate market conditions; review the standard forms that apply; and discover the best use of standard forms from a buyer and seller perspective.
