In this course, licensees will identify and develop negotiation skills that will improve the consumer experience and reduce complaints. By identifying what, when, how, and why information should be shared, licensees become better advisors and by association better negotiators. Licensees will also gain a better understanding of alternative dispute resolution systems that guide consumers to a win-win scenario.
