The goal of this course is to help agents gain a better understanding of how to build a diverse and inclusive business. The student will leave knowing what their fiduciary duties are to all customers and clients. They will learn what resources are available so they can better understand the demographics of their marketplace and they will learn specific planning strategies and action steps to ensure their business plan is centered around the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
