House Bill 1342, signed by Governor Tom Wolf on July 8th, 2022 codified the tax deferral benefit of like-kind exchanges beginning in the 2023 tax year. This course will provide a comprehensive overview of 1031 like-kind exchanges, their benefits, and the requirements of a successful exchange.
