BHHS Fox & Roach, Blue Bell
16 Years of REALTOR® Membership
Please expand on your previous leadership experience
Of my 16 years in real estate, I have been lucky to have had the opportunity to serve in many capacities. I have had the experience of leading my own team, leading our BHHS Fox & Roach, Jenkintown office as sale leader from 2015-2018, and serving on various committees at Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®. I was selected to the serve on the exploratory committee to merge MCAR and Suburban West, working with some fantastic people to make what we now know as Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®. I was then privileged to serve on the new Board of Directors at Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® for the years of 2021 & 2022. I also currently serve as a PAR Director for district 2, and I have been a member of both the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Strategic Planning Committee and Lockbox Task Force.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?
If I’m fortunate enough to be selected to join Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Board of Directors, I believe my role is to help bring clarity, a strong voice, and a collaborative mindset to the pressing issues facing our Association. I would focus on being a good steward to the REALTOR® brand and representing our agents to the best of my abilities, and build consensus with my fellow Directors in order to be solution driven for our all of our membership.
What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?
Docusign & Zipforms are crucial to our everyday business, FOREWARN has helped immensely in the fight to keep REALTORS® safe. I use SRA almost everyday for vital township/borough/county information, and our market stats/continuing education classes are fantastic!
What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?
Pending litigation at the National level will potentially affect all of us, along with the influx of AI into our everyday business and the further advancement of tech platforms trying to automate our industry as much as possible.
What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?
I think our biggest priority is to continue to aggressively advocate to the general public the value of having a REALTOR® at your side when Buying or Selling their next home. We do that by providing our membership with the best tools, skills, and services necessary in order to compete against the headwinds we face as an industry. In a world with rapidly changing technology, AI, the prospect of MLS changes, and platforms looking to remove Real Estate agents from the transaction altogether, the association needs to continue to focus on keeping our membership front and center in a consumer’s mind.
Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?
I believe in what we do as REALTORS®. I believe in the power we have as agents to genuinely affect peoples’ lives for the good. I also believe in serving and being a part of something that strives to make our profession (and us) better. That is why I am interested in being considered as a Director.
