The administrative staff directs the implementation of the strategic plan and vision of the organization. The department also manages the financial affairs to ensure the organization’s ongoing viability, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

The membership team oversees membership application processing, member transfers, and member drops for the organization. The department provides Letters of Good Standing, administers SUPRA lockboxes, and coordinates New Member Orientation.

Professional Development

The professional development staff manages the grievance, professional standards, and dispute resolution programs for the organization. They also develop and manage professional development, including the curriculum for accredited education courses and seminars, instructors, and credits (license renewal, designation, broker).
