The administrative staff directs the implementation of the strategic plan and vision of the organization. The staff also manages the financial affairs to ensure the organization’s ongoing viability, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Additionally, the department also administers the electronic lockbox system, directly supports the Young Professionals Network and Association Liaison volunteers, and manages advertising and sponsorships.

The professional development staff manages the grievance, professional standards, and dispute resolution programs for the organization. They also develop and manage professional development, including the curriculum for accredited education courses and seminars, instructors, and credits (license renewal, designation, broker).
