What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

The Leadership Program was my favorite by far within Tri-County – time well spent out of the business to
propel my business, making connections and friendships that are still ongoing today!

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

  1. AI Driven Valuation and Digital Marketing Innovations. Does the Consumer need a Realtor?
By offering offer workshops or partnering with technology providers, my goal is to help members adopt virtual staging tools, AI‑powered tools, and secure client data practices. I will advocate for members to stay ahead in valuation accuracy and marketing effectiveness using the latest software and AI-enabled insights through workshops and trainings.
  2. Sustainability & Wellness – this trend, especially with the younger generation, continues to grow with the consumer looking for homes and communities designed with environmental sustainability and well‑being in mind. Green building certifications and climate-resilient features (insulation, energy efficiency, flood resistance) are becoming key differentiators in property desirability. The wellness trend is growing too—homes that support air and water quality, natural light, indoor environmental monitoring, and holistic health features are commanding higher value and buyer interest.
  3. Shifting Inventory Dynamics & SEPTA
    Inventory Is Growing—but Still Lean
In 2024, suburban counties saw new listings rise—Chester County up 9%, Montgomery 8%, and Delaware 5%—compared to the prior year, reflecting a meaningful uptick in inventory. We are headed towards a more balanced market. Septa’s Major Service Reductions: Started Monday, August 25, 2025, SEPTA implemented a 20% reduction in service across its network, affecting buses, subways, trolleys, and regional rail. Riders will likely encounter longer waits, more crowded vehicles, and reduced frequency. The fare increase of ~21.5% begins September 1, as planned.
What does this mean for us as REALTORS®? People are going to be moving to locations that are better suited for their commute, they also maybe changing their lifestyle as a result.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Education and ongoing trainings to address the changes & trends we are seeing in order to empower all
agents within Tri-County. Communication on various platforms like social media in addition to emails is crucial to keep all members in the loop. On a larger scale, partnership with NAR and PAR on a consistent basis. Sharing what issues are being considered/voted on in Harrisburg and more importantly- advocating for all agents at Tri-County while attending said meetings and voting on our behalf is an ongoing priority.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I’m passionate about our industry and now have the time and attention to dedicate to Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Association. Early in my career, I had 3 young babies- often taking them to settlements in car seats and showings. My kids have since grown and are out of the house. I’m in a position now to give back productively. I’ve been that new agent on the block who worked alone on my tiny island. My background over 25 years in this industry can give a fresh perspective to the Board. My major at Villanova was Education – it’s still near and dear to me. I believe growth through ongoing education as a REALTOR® is necessary and can add value to your life and business. Living 7 minutes away from Tri-County REALTORS® Association HQ is a bonus! I won’t miss any meetings 🙂 Thank you for reading – I would love your vote.
