    Your real estate license MUST already be displayed under the brokerage you are transferring to in the Pennsylvania Department of State, State Real Estate Commission system BEFORE this request can be processed.

    Transfer requests submitted while a license is still displayed under the incorrect brokerage in the Pennsylvania Department of State will not be processed and may delay access to certain member tools and services.

    As of the date I am submitting this form, the license appears under the correct brokerage in the Pennsylvania Department of State licensing system.

    STOP: In order to process your transfer at the Association, the license MUST appear under the correct brokerage in the Pennsylvania Department of State, State Real Estate Commission.

    Please note:

    Submitting transfer paperwork to the Department of State, receiving broker approval, or having a transfer pending does not mean the transfer has been completed. The license must already appear under the new brokerage before this request can be processed.

    Once the license is properly reflected in the Department of State system, please return and resubmit this form.
