Please expand on your previous leadership experience.

Over the course of my real estate career, I’ve had the privilege to serve in a variety of leadership roles at the local, state, and brokerage levels. I currently serve as the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Realty in Pennsylvania, where I provide direct oversight and guidance to more than 1,800 agents across the state. This role requires daily decision-making around compliance, education, and ethics, as well as an ongoing commitment to the professional development of our agent population.

Beyond the brokerage, I serve on the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance Board of Directors (2024-current), have been a PAR Director Alternate (2023–2024), and was selected for LeadershipPAR (2024), a testament to my long-term commitment to leadership within the REALTOR® community. I’m also a current member of the PAR Board of Directors (2025). These roles have helped me build a well-rounded perspective on governance, advocacy, and member service.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

On the Board, I hope to serve as a connector and advocate for broader member engagement, particularly through the expansion of educational programming and the use of digital tools. I also bring a strong compliance background and would like to contribute to conversations around ethics, professional standards, and policy development. My role supervising agents statewide and interacting with brokers nationwide gives me a unique vantage point on emerging challenges and opportunities, which I hope to bring into board discussions.

What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?

The Association’s educational offerings have been by far the most valuable component for my professional growth and operational efficiency. The content is timely, the instructors are consistently excellent, and the accessibility of courses has allowed me to continually upskill while maintaining a demanding workload. I’ve also found DocuSign and Forewarn to be essential tools in my daily business, enhancing both efficiency and safety. Perhaps most importantly, the prompt and knowledgeable support from Association staff, whether by phone or email, has been a consistently positive experience and a true asset to my business.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

Several key trends are poised to impact the real estate landscape and, by extension, our Association:

The Association will need to lead by example, offering both stability and innovation in its programming and outreach.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

While the implications of the NAR settlement are still front and center, we must also continue to address inventory shortages, fair housing compliance, and local zoning advocacy, which have lasting impacts on homeownership accessibility in our communities. Our Association plays a critical role in helping agents navigate these challenges through advocacy, education, and outreach. Equally important is making sure our members are not paralyzed by change, but instead are equipped to adapt, lead, and serve at a high level.

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I’m seeking a Director role because I believe I offer a diverse, multi-market perspective that reflects the changing face of our industry. I supervise agents throughout Pennsylvania in a cloud-based brokerage model and communicate daily with brokers from across the country. This has given me insight into both traditional and emerging brokerage structures, consumer expectations, and regulatory responses across multiple markets.

My goal is to bring these experiences into service at the local level and to ensure our Association remains relevant, forward-thinking, and responsive to the evolving needs of its members.
