What role do you hope to play on the Board?
I want to help lead the Association in the best possible direction for it’s members. Modernize our
practices, reinforce professional standards and champion continued education/course/designations for
our members.
What Association benefits and/or offerings have provided you the most value in your business?
Education & the Leadership Development Program
What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?
I think AI is something to watch. I think there will be ways to implement it into our businesses and possibly our Association.
I think buyer’s agency compensation is changing and I think we need to discuss it. Have open forums for
questions and answers.
What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?
- Safety & security of our seller’s homes
- Professional Standards of our members
- Regular professional/industry meetings (Guest speakers, community leaders)
Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?
I love this industry. I love being a REALTOR®. I am proud of this career path, I am proud of this industry and believe overall we are the most generous and service oriented group of human beings out there. I want to help serve other REALTORS® at the highest levels so they have great careers doing something they love. This is a tough business but with the right resources and encouragement we can help each other succeed!
