About
Give attendees the knowledge and expertise to assist homeowners who are struggling financially and can no longer afford their mortgage. Enable attendees to understand the options available to homeowners who are not able to pay their mortgage debt and how to avoid foreclosure. Provide attendees with an overview on the benefits of a short sale as a viable option to avoid foreclosure minimizing the negative credit score impact, resulting in the settlement of all mortgage debt, and providing tax relief on forgiven debt.
