The Art of Real Estate Documentation: Mastering Standard Forms | Haverford Community Recreation & Environmental Center, Haverford, PA
About
Real estate forms are powerful tools that, when used correctly, help agents achieve their clients’ goals while minimizing misunderstandings and legal risks. This course provides a deep dive into the most commonly misunderstood sections of the Pennsylvania Residential Agreement of Sale, covering key topics such as agency representation, seller concessions, financing contingencies, and default provisions. Participants will also explore the importance of avoiding the unauthorized practice of law and how to properly utilize preprinted forms to address repairs, appraisal contingencies, broker agreements, and multiple-offer situations.
