MCE Season Pass
The MCE Season Pass will be available for purchase beginning Spring 2027.
Eligible classes begin July 1, 2027 and run through May 31, 2028.
The MCE Season Pass is a simple and affordable way to fulfill your 2026-2028 PA real estate license renewal continuing education requirements. Any real estate licensee can purchase the MCE Season Pass and take unlimited standard continuing education courses – at no additional cost!
How Does the Pass Work?
Purchase the MCE Season Pass for $125 through the Association of REALTORS® School.
Then, anytime you register online, over the phone, or in-person for an Association of REALTORS® School standard continuing education class (offered between July 1, 2027-May 31, 2028) you register for FREE.
Note: All MCE Season Pass Holders MUST pre-register for classes to receive them for free.
Am I Eligible to Purchase the Pass?
All Tri-County members & non-member real estate licensees are eligible to purchase the pass.
How Do I Purchase the Pass?
Purchase the MCE Season Pass Online or via Phone.
Online – Log in to your Member Portal and visit the Subscriptions tab to purchase the MCE Season Pass.
After checkout, refresh the page. The system will now recognize you as a Pass Holder.
By Phone – Call the Association of REALTORS® School Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm via 610-560-4900.
How Do I Save?
The more classes you attend, the more you save!
WITH THE MCE SEASON PASS: Tuition for 14 hours of standard continuing education is $125.
Then you can take additional electives at no extra cost!
WITHOUT THE MCE SEASON PASS: Tuition for 14 hours of standard continuing education on average costs $210. ($75 in required courses + $135 in elective courses)
That is a savings of at least $85!!!
Inclusions
The MCE Season Pass provides free registration for active real estate licensees towards standard classroom or instructor-led virtual MCE courses conducted solely by the Association of REALTORS® School.
Standard classroom or instructor-led virtual MCE courses include required + elective courses.
Required Courses Include: PA Req Fair Housing Education 2024-2026 (2 hrs), PA Req Agency Relationship Education 2024-2026 (3 hrs).
Exclusions
Exclusions: Courses offered in partnership with other organizations, self-paced online courses, Designation, Certification, and Certificate courses, and broker licensing courses.
