Please expand on your previous leadership experience.

I have served in many leadership roles over the years. I have served as the Chairman of the Board for two local chambers, ran the capital campaign for the Pottstown Senior center raising $3,000,000, and participated in the capital campaign for the community theater in Pottstown.

Currently I am on the BOD for Steel River Playhouse, I am serving on the Montco 2050 advisory committee member. I currently am the chair of the PAR RPAC committee and I am a PAR Board of Director.

I had the privilege to serve on the PAR housing data task force. I also sit on the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® RPAC committee, and am in the President Circle. I also am ambassador for the REALTORS® Relief Foundation.

I have served as Broker of Record for my office since 2003. My favorite leadership position is as mentor to the newer agents who are the building blocks of our future as an organization. I am on the BLOCS Presidents advisory council and have served on the executive board for Pope John Paul II High School. I am very supporting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation helping raise over 5 million dollars.

What role do you hope to play on the Board?

I want to be a voice for our fellow agents and the consumer. I hope that our contributions will be meaningful and forward thinking to improve our industry and the consumer experience. I am happy to serve in any capacity needed as needed.

What industry trends do you feel will affect our association in the upcoming years?

Several trends will continue to shape our industry in the coming years. First, the ongoing changes resulting from the NAR settlement and evolving consumer expectations around transparency and compensation will require continued education and leadership.

Second, technology and artificial intelligence are rapidly changing how we market properties, communicate with clients, and operate our businesses. While these tools create tremendous opportunities, they also require us to ensure agents remain knowledgeable, ethical, and focused on delivering value.

Third, housing affordability and inventory challenges continue to impact consumers and our communities. As REALTORS®, we have a responsibility to advocate for policies that promote homeownership opportunities and protect private property rights. I believe our association must continue to focus on education, advocacy, and professionalism to help members successfully navigate these changes while maintaining the public trust in our profession.

What do you think should be the priority issues being addressed by the Association today?

Why are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

I am interested in serving on the Board of Directors because I believe in the power and importance of our REALTOR® association. Throughout my career, I have benefited from the advocacy, education, and professional standards our association provides, and I would welcome the opportunity to contribute at a higher level. I bring the perspective of a broker, business owner, and industry leader who works closely with agents at every stage of their careers. I understand the challenges our members face, and I am passionate about helping create solutions that strengthen our profession and support member success. Most importantly, I view board service as an opportunity to listen, collaborate, and help ensure our association remains relevant, forward-thinking, and responsive to the needs of its members and the communities we serve.
